Utility billing is stuck in the past. We’re changing that.
Billing for utilities — water, power, gas, waste — still runs on decades-old systems, manual processes, and spreadsheets. The companies that manage it deserve modern, reliable software, and the people who use it deserve clarity. We’re building the platform that makes utility billing fast, accurate, and humane — and we’re doing it with a small team that moves quickly and owns outcomes end to end.

Alaka’i Kahua handles accounts, payments, and submetering — the operational core. Piko connects it to the systems our clients already run, and our growing Utility Expense Management suite (Holo, Kilo, Mana) extends it into expense tracking, auditing, and portfolio-wide analytics. The product supports the mission; the mission is the people building it.
